MeetCy Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards

MeetCy is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any form of sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors.

MeetCy is an 18+ social discovery and connection platform. The service is not intended for children or anyone under the applicable age of majority.

1. Age Requirement

MeetCy is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the applicable age of majority where a higher legal age applies.

Users are required to provide their date of birth during registration. Users who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement are not permitted to create or maintain an account.

MeetCy may take additional measures when necessary to identify, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts suspected of belonging to underage users.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

MeetCy strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Sexual solicitation, grooming, or manipulation of minors.
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with minors.
• Sexualized communication directed toward or involving minors.
• Sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM.
• Any activity intended to facilitate the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Any account found to be involved in such activity may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

3. Detection, Moderation and Enforcement

MeetCy uses a combination of platform rules, user reports, moderation procedures, and technical measures to identify and address prohibited content and behavior.

When potentially illegal or harmful activity is identified, MeetCy may:

• Remove or restrict the relevant content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account.
• Restrict access to platform features.
• Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
• Report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to the appropriate authorities or relevant organizations where required by applicable law.

MeetCy does not permit users to use the platform to facilitate, promote, distribute, request, or organize child sexual abuse or exploitation.

4. User Reporting

Users can report profiles, messages, images, or other content that they believe violates MeetCy’s rules or involves child safety concerns.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or CSAM are treated as a high-priority safety matter.

Users should not download, save, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Instead, they should report the account or content through the available reporting mechanisms.

5. Action Against Violating Accounts

MeetCy may take immediate action against accounts that violate these standards.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:

• Content removal.
• Feature restrictions.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Blocking associated accounts or activity.
• Reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities when appropriate or legally required.

MeetCy may also take action against attempts to circumvent enforcement measures.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

MeetCy may cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities in investigations involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, CSAM, or other serious criminal activity, subject to applicable laws and legal requirements.

Where legally required, relevant information may be preserved and disclosed through appropriate legal processes.

7. Prevention and Platform Safety

MeetCy is designed as an adults-only social discovery platform. Child safety is incorporated into our platform rules, age requirements, reporting mechanisms, moderation processes, and enforcement procedures.

We continuously review our safety practices and may update our policies and technical measures as necessary to address emerging risks.
